I deeply love connecting with people to help guide them and prepare them for childbirth, breastfeeding, the postpartum transition, returning to work, and more. I take a coaching approach to education and tailor my classes and consultations to the interests and needs of the person or couple I am working with. My goal is to help support people to release their fears, tap into their inner strength, gain confidence in their abilities to navigate the unknowns in their journey, and connect with their internal and external resources.
I can help you:
- Prepare for birth and the postpartum period
- Enhance your coping skills
- Explore how to handle intense physical and emotional experiences
- Identify and begin to address your fears about birth, parenting, or work/life balance
- Connect with your partner (if you have one) and your baby
- Develop communication skills to use with your birth team and beyond
- Build and tap into your own internal confidence and strength
- Feel supported making decisions for your family

The questions Becca asked me prenatally made me think about things I had not already thought about. Her questions made me go deeper and look at things more in-depth (something I didn't think was possible).
I liked learning the massage techniques and practicing them. I felt confident and well-prepared.
My favorite part was learning the various things my partner could do to thelp during labor and delivery. I felt prepared before the birth and confident. Becca helped prepare us well.
Becca was very informative and experienced. My favorite part of the class was the comfort techniques and body relaxation. I really enjoyed it and was happy to have my husband involved. My questions coming into the class have been answered.
I was terrified of the pain of labor up until we had our first visit with Becca and after that I felt empowered and knowledgeable. Truly, the childbirth classes at the hospital were practically irrelevant after meeting with her.
It's so nice to have somebody to help explain things to you as a friend would.
